The dealer wanted $$$ to repair/replace the camera. I decided to chance this one for less than $30.00. Removed the old camera, plugged this new camera in and bingo, I now have a backup camera again. The original camera did show the angle of the wheels when you are turning and this one does not, but I found that to be a minimal trade off. I often hook up a trailer and really missed my camera.
