    Purchased the item, 6 days later I messaged seller requesting tracking and shipping information. Seller assured me it would ship the next day. Seller then contacted me the next day requesting an additional $15 dollars for shipping. I contacted ebay and was instructed by ebay to have the seller contact them for assistance with shipping. So 13 days later the item has still not been shipped, I contact ebay saying I still want the item. Still no item, going to be issued a refund.
