24-28 VDC was printed in huge print on the relay. If you can't read, get help before you buy. You bought the wrong voltage, has nothing to do with seller. Plus I gave you a refund. Forwarded to Ebay for abusing community guidelines. How do these type of buyers still exist here on Ebay, a world class company, blows my mind
