This seller is so helpful! When the pc came, there were a few issues (no display, headphone & mic Jacks not working, power cycling issues). I sent a message (ok... multiple frantic messages lol) and got a reply back the next morning. I was asked to send pics of the inside & they circled what needed to be changed (jumpers) & gave detailed instructions to fix. Communication was always prompt and detailed, even with a lot of back & forth and a lot of questions from me. Highly recommended!!!!
