- e***T- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseReally expected that with the 40$ shipping I wouldn’t be hit with an IMPORT fee of another 25$! I honestly feel a bit scammed with the hidden cost. Not only was there a clerical error somewhere which in turn having the package not delivered. After paying the IMPORT fee the process takes 2 days to clear. Just a horrible experience having to deal with UPS trying to get my package as if it was held for the ransom. Never ever will I purchase again. Maybe specify shipping fees. Each country has a different tariff of $10-$200.We can't factor the tariff into the price. It is also mentioned in our description that the money is not for us, you need to cooperate with the customs to pay.International shipping is really expensive, it costs at least $55 to send a package to Canada.The parcel went through customs because the express company paid the duty for you. So they won't give you the package until you pay them.
