Non-revolving pre-1900 cue racks in as-is condition fetch far less than RESTORED REVOLVING examples. After several attempts to settle dispute due to HIS negligence with a more than fair $500 refund, seller 'James' refused to honor his obligation to us as trusting buyers. Rack now under restoration.
