The instructions were included in the package. If you lost any features, you just need to program the remote correctly. It's possible your installer may have programmed it different then the stock programming. Or if you are comparing this to the 7345V 2 way remote, you purchased the wrong remote. This is only the companion 1 way remote. Reach out to us, hopefully we can help resolve this or help you get this programmed right!
