Seller used a stock photo of a poster in near-mint condition from his personal collection in the listing, however, sent a different poster with damage. Seller did not disclose the damage in the listing, nor did he disclose the listed photo was a stock photo. He did offer me solutions such as return with full refund or keep with an 8.3% refund. Shipping was fast and communication was good. I do feel he violated eBay policy by using a photo that did not accurately represent the item I purchased.
