I am still not sure if this main transistor is the dead part or not. I used the 2SD1047. It should be heavy enough that it would survive; they are a 3 Amp part. The power supply that I installed the 2SD1047 into died at 1 Amp. At least I can offer that the part started out GOOD. Thanks for the positive buy. I would still buy again if I need more.
