Rocky's customer support was superb! he maintained constant contact with me letting me know what was happening at every stage of the process and was there to answer any of my questions. Considering i was a complete RC jet rookie, some of these were pretty basic. Rocky also sells products specific to Jet bike use, such as his control panel and throttle, which makes it easier to shop.
