It has taken me a few hours to get the grip right for this low flute - much more of a stretch than the "G" bansuri I already play! Excellent value for money! HOWEVER - I Do NOT like being nagged, less than 24 hours after the I received the flute, with an email saying "We request you to please please give us a POSITIVE FEEDBACK." I am absolutely fed up with companies constantly demanding this. Hence 1 star for communication.

The packaging was good, and delivery was on time. The capsules are easy to consume and don't have any bad aftertaste. I'm hoping for better long-term results, but so far I'm satisfied with the product. Definitely a good Ayurvedic supplement for men’s wellness.
