- d***r (49)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseChairs were a little slow getting here but that was to be expected with covid messing thing up. Chairs are nice and as advertised. Only issue for us was the footrests are rather low. I'm 5'10" and barely reach them. Also, the arm rests did not fit under my table so I had to cut 3" off all the legs. No fault to the chairs. The foam padding soaks up water like a sponge so better lay them on their side if it's going to rain.

Directions were OK but a little bit challenging due to the size of pics, there was plenty of room to enlarge it on the page - but they didn't. It still went well and the chairs are beautiful and very sturdy!!! I'm looking forward to ordering more short swivel chairs for the deck!!!! Thanks Sharon

Contacted company and they mailed me out a replacement quickly. Chairs are very comfortable but the one thing I would improve on is giving written instructions for the assembly process…they just show pictures-not very helpful.
