For a lousy $1.99 you fix the problem. Listen, if you're into ifixit – a good thing as you're bound to save lots o' $$, be cognizant of what you do with each little thing you remove so you can find it again upon reassembly. These screws are cheap, but other components not so much. Anyway, the rear cover will now look so much better properly secured.
