    Item was no good when I went to use. Bearings fell out of the headset. Had to pay $40 for a theory one at the store!

    britainsdad did not contact us to let us know that there was a problem, therefore, he did not allow us the opportunity to replace or refund as is our policy. We can't help if we don't know there is a problem. Upon leaving a negative, the buyer got no resolution other than tarnishing of the reputation of seller. We wish he had handled it differently.
