The unit arrived in a shock foam box and I installed the unit on a fused bus bar using the supplied 7AWG silicone cables. My only complaint is that I am NOT a fan of the terminal connections and prefer bolt down type connections.

The fan doesn't run much if there's a small load but spins up under heavy loads--that's nice. Having the 1,500 watts will run a lot of AC appliances. Of course it won't run a Air Conditioning unit. I haven't put it through any heavy loads as yet, so I don't know how it will perform then. I'm happy with it.
