    The item was not as described! Exact measurements were not the same. The Birmingham plate doesn't sit centrally on this item, therefore I returned the item in exactly the same condition and in the exact original packaging. Even then, the seller deducted over 25% of the item price in addition the returning fee. Apparently " it wasn't returned in the original condition". 34.99-6.99-3.25=24.75, 24.75 is what they gave.
