Shoes are nice but need to work on the shipping packaging. The butterfly on each heel was stuck to itself. The paper was knocked loose in transit. Some of the design was marred.

I started the return the same day the product arrived, the suit arrived for a 12 year old child, and they never provided me with a label, I asked for it with a lot of respect and patience and I was never able to do it, I feel very bad about this episode, I do not recommend This seller does not comply with the return policies, eBay should not allow sellers like this on the platform, in short, if it does not fit you, (you are in a bad way)
