    I received both the 1989 and the 1992 packets together. Unfortunately the Post Office apparently allowed the envelope to get wet, so the packets are all stuck together and the 1942 Into the Battle piece is completely ruined. I'm gonna complain to the USPO but I can't imagine them doing anything since they weren't insured. I'll try to separate them with steam, but the stamps aren't ever the same when they're steamed apart. Do have other packets of 1989 and 1992 mint issues?
