Plus, my $5 discount for buying 2 hats & combined ship disc of $3.24 was going to be deducted from my refund total instead of offering any compensation for my troubles if I were to return hat. And skimped packaging of box. 4 of 8 flaps were cut off to reduce weight compromising box. Lots of time wasted,I kept hat.

I had to add stronger elastic to the back for it to stay on. No way is it worth $8.95 shipping (very lightweight) I wish I would have known to ask about the brim prior to purchase - my bad! First order was lost. Seller caught it quickly and shipped another style with my approval. Great communication! Thanks
