    The item’s condition was not excellent as described; the seller was unwilling to issue a partial refund, even though I offered to keep it and pay to replace the watchband. The only message I received was to send it back for a refund, that it DID fit the description. eBay sent a full refund—not the seller— since I sent it back after no further attempt at contact from the seller. Issues: the band flaked in a few places and clasp was rusty.
