Received the pole saw missing the entire chain tensioner parts ..the pawl, and 2 bolts. Sent email and was told it's refurbished , and to warranty it. Was happy with a hedge trimmer attachment I purchased refurb from here so decided to try again with the pole saw :(. Thanks to great lakes powertools and Nancy for helping me locate the 2 screws and quagmire here on eBay for having the pawl I should save some time getting it up and running for about 30 bucks extra... It is what it is,I guess
