I called them and they were very helpful with my issue. Told me I’d have to return the entire control arm for them to send a new one with the ball joint which I felt was a bit too much work. Could’ve just sent the ball joint. Ultimately I ended up purchasing 2 ball joints elsewhere. Will shop again however.
