They come in a foreign language package with what seems to be Mandarin Chinese with no attention to detail of quality at all. The condition looked somewhat used. The value I though was impressively low for what it was promised HOWEVER the value makes somewhat sense when is physically looked at in person. The appearance looks ship cheap and is very cheap. I was cheated by the 100% feedback on the ebay's username from "so many people and years"...
