I expected it WITHIN the delivery window, not after. The message also wanted a rating, so the negative rating was valid. Once the reseller was engaged it was an apology-fest with no real soul of service to back it up, all excuses on how EBay sets the schedule for them and it is unattainable. Will seriously question future purchases here

Though I have purchased from SafeCase in the past, I have not had the timeline issues as in this case. The quoted timeline was "approximately 3-4 weeks" and the actual delivery was 9 weeks. I didn't bother to begin asking about the progress until week 7. That communication was not reciprocated here until I emailed them directly. Quality is great.
