    Listed as hat size medium, 23 in. It arrived as size small, 21 in. I asked for a replacement. Vendor said the hats "...are like snowflakes, each one is different..." I the conversation continued, Vendor said they had no hats in the size listed, again stressing the inability to control quality. Returns would mean that shipping costs equal to the item costs. The listing does open with "Handmade Item..." But no where is mentioned one of a kind or sizes vary. This vendor is disreputable.

    Dear buyer. I have sold 100% of caps and have NEVER had bad feedback on a single one . I have offered a replacement or a return to you. I said I was unable to send an exact replacement for your cap because the caps are handmade and ONE OF A KIND and that I would send you pictures of caps for you to choose on to receive. FYI eBay returns are at NO COST to you. eBay supplies the label. I am in no way disreputable! You are unreasonable. I still offer the above solutions.
