Contacted seller and they were supportive offering a replacement or refund. I chose a replacement but I believe the original shipment was found and sent. Product is good and seller answers emails, is supportive and would do business with them again. -Not thrilled with FedEx ground as this is the second issue with them In the last month but again not the sellers fault.
