The quality is very good and is lighter in weight than I had imagined, making it very easy to move and position. The step works very well for my wife, who has been struggling to get out of the the front and back doors due to arthritis and the step also looks the part when in place. It is stable, has plenty of grip and is the perfect height. I bought it for my Dad who is elderly and uses a walking stick. He loved it that much, he has bought another 2 so that there is one at every door! No problems with the order or delivery. Was kept up to date with delivery times.
