Instructions say 165 lbs. max... don't know if that is per rail or combined weight across both rails. There are some things left out of the instructions. Washers are for screws that hold plastic mounting brackets to cross rail, not thumb screws. Look up a video as to how to remove the plastic covers so you don't break them.The mounting brackets that slide into the roof rails is tight fit, which is a good thing.Follow-up from: e***a- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.I had to put the rack into use in Noveber 2021. I had to transport 3x 8' dolly-track for a video shoot. The total weight was 144 lbs. I tied them close to the edge. the racks flexed quite a bit, and I was concerned the plastic end pieces might break. The flexing of the racks over bumps seemed excessive. Because of the plastic ends, I don't have a lot of confidence to use them. Rigid metal would be better.

Two days late,package still in same place,has not moved at all,no one responds to me!!! This is really bad situation for them ,by not responding that says a lot and I "WILL" say a lot!!!!
