Though I have purchased from SafeCase in the past, I have not had the timeline issues as in this case. The quoted timeline was "approximately 3-4 weeks" and the actual delivery was 9 weeks. I didn't bother to begin asking about the progress until week 7. That communication was not reciprocated here until I emailed them directly. Quality is great. I really wanted to post negative, but I relent to neutral.
