    Seller is insistent the part is in good working order after having "tested it three times before shipping" (leaving the first two tests suspect to me). I have hired an electronics repair facility to examine the switch and reported it faulty. At the seller's insistence I hired a Harley repair facility to test the switch and they reported it faulty as well. I have advised the seller that I will be completing the survey today and requested my money back.

    Buyer confirmed per ebay messages his shaft on the knob is broken. that is the reason he did not get this switch to work. no matter who tests it you will not get proper results & internals cannot be turned any other way. ebay did not hold me liable in the case due to every and buyer is mad that he bought the wrong part and took it out on me. other then "tested three times prior to shiping" the remainder of the feedback from him is not honest toward me. i cannot control he tested w/ broke knob
