    It was a quality product, just an inaccurate description of the item. It's at 175 mm overall length not including the head bolt but it was including the head bolt. Contacted customer service and they pretty much said it was my fault. Not very happy with pork chops customer service. It's like they don't care if you get the right part you need.

    This is not the bolt you even contacted us about - but as explained, the description of this and the other bolt is correct. You mis-read it. We've had the same description on these bolts for many years. They are 100% correct. And even in your feedback you say "it's at 175mm overall length" - guess what overall means? It means the whole bolt, head and all. And that is what the description says. I don't care for you blaming us for your mistake, but hey, that's the world we live in.
