    First thing, FedEx lost a portion of the shipment. I received just one of the pair of saddle bags. Rich went to great lengths to get FedEx to find and deliver the other bag to no avail. Rich gave me a full refund and insisted I keep the one bag. Working with him through this issue was fantastic, FedEx on the other hand?
