There was little packing, and definitely not enough for shipping. Contacting seller was quick and comms were good, stated they pack well and not like images sent. I do not know if this is true or not, I was able to repair the device (was sent with power cables and such left pulgged in.) by replacing circuit board mounts, and IEC power jack. No offers of any compensation was made. Device does work now.
