      Today I received 12 golf balls, not 18 as described in eBay listing. Have sent message to seller requesting delivery of the additional 6 balls, or a partial refund. The golf balls received are good quality aaaaa and the price was reasonable. Am awaiting reply from seller with respect to not sending the correct number of balls purchased.

      The buyer sent me an email stating he did receive 18 balls that his wife with dementia opened package and told him he received only 12 balls. He sent me a message saying he was sorry for miscommunication and yet he gives me this feedback. Don't understand why.

      The above original feedback is incorrect. After further review, I did in fact determine that all 18 golf balls were delivered to me. They were good quality aaaaa balls and the price was reasonable. The seller and I have communicated with respect to my error and I apologize in arrears for any and all confusion. The seller is an honest man with utmost integrity. He can be trusted by other purchasers.
