Aside from a generic response, no action followed after twice informing and providing documentation to the Seller that the item had been held on arrival due to this outstanding. Upon reaching Customs' deadline for the item to be returned to sender, I paid the import duty again plus a storage fee. In sum, annoyance, a big waste of time, and extra expenses incurred.
