Scissors was exactly as described in the listing; however also pictured in the listing was a pair of birds beak red handle snippers. My mistake was not asking if the birds beak red handle snippers was included instead of assuming. But the seller did offer a 20% discount to reduce the cost from $22 to $17.80 because I had showed interest. So it was my error to have not questioning the additional item pictured before purchasing. Lesson learned.
