    The viscous coupler arrived as planned, but I never received the differential and decided to take a refund. The one in my car was still good so no biggie. BUT...the coupler didn't fit. It was supposed to be compatible with a Toyota Venza, but it was about 2 inches too long. The seller apologized and refunded the coupler and didn't ask for the part back. Donated it to the shop that did the work. Great seller who really standing behind the sale. Highly recommended!
