The box was 3 times bigger than the booster and it was just banging around the entire journey.... with UPS of all cpmpanies. The shaft on the booster poked several holes in the box as a result. The shaft was actually sticking out of the box when I first saw it on the patio. It didn't appear damaged but man was I nervous putting it in.
