It was surprisingly hard and stiff compared to most other wide-brim hats I've both owned and seen, being able to give it a knock on almost any part without the material reacting. It was packaged well, using the original box and packaging. This hat was a good price, especially as the original sellers no longer sell this size, and it is only a little bit dearer. While not my best experience with DHL, it arrived on time without any actual issues.
