    The carpet is exactly as described; the item was shipped promptly. However, tracking of the package was the worst I have ever experienced. There were three separate tracking numbers; none of them gave any indication where the package was or when it might be delivered. Nor was a signature required. Considering the steep price of shipping, the service was unsatisfactory. This is no fault of the seller’s; it seems that eBay provides an inadequate shipping option. My advice: use DHL or UPS!
