Coat was significantly larger than size stated. Requested a full refund. Seller approved and then partially refunded. Shipping costs were twice the cost than other sellers of same. I cannot in good faith recommend such a shoddy method of customer service. Asked for refund on shipping again two weeks later Started a return November 22 indicating the coat did not fit. That's fine, I accept returns as a top rated plus seller They did not ship the item back until November 26th and are now leaving poor feedback for not reimbursing for shipping and I have not yet received the item back YET
