The seller was very open and easy to communicate with but I had to pay extra money to get it fixed, which he didn't help with. Asked for a receipt but I'm not sure what my wife did with it. All in all I got a decent deal on a cool radio, disappointed that I had to spend extra money to make it work but the seller was honorable and would've taken it back. Shipping price was atrocious but it was packed very well.
