Anyway I said I can clean it but when I plugged in it was very noisy and I did raise my complaint and offered to replace the fans as they were end of it’s their life. Didn’t agree and want me to return it. After I returned it the seller deducted £40 saying it was opened and he needs to do some repairs. All POE ports dead, locked to Hikvision Cloud, and returned with HD containing user data/programming. Buyer attempted unauthorized internal repair/cleaning, breaching eBay policy. Resale not viable without POE fix or external power. Fan dust was missed pre-sale, but unit was fully tested and working before dispatch.
