The seller showed me photos of the units for sale and described well. This one had virtually no damage or visible wear on the parts. The pulley, tension springs, and rubber feet look virtually brand new, and it came with a cutter wire and a POM handle. Shipping was also very reasonable for an item of this size and weight. New cutter of this model from the manufacturer costs at least 300 - huge bargain. Recommended seller A+++!
