I have absolutely no issues with the seller. The eTone digital enlarger timer was not exactly what I had hoped for - the construction is average at best and the foot switch connector didn't work. On the whole, however, I decided to keep it and make do. The digital timer is much more accurate than my old analog timer and much easier to use. So, the product gets a C, but the seller gets A+
