- h***j (1624)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThe quality of the book Painter's Handbook was just as described, as was the condition. This edition is 20 years old and was listed as Like new and it was indeed! I purchased the book for 14.50 and the book has a multitude of pertinent information regarding types of Paints, Pigments and recipes of how to make your own paints. I was hoping to find info on Cold Wax, but nothing was there. Although, there was info about encaustic painting, different than cold wax, the info can be useful for coldwax
