When I requested a return shipping label, the seller told me that regardless their mistake, I got a great deal. They tried to offer $5 partial refund, which is nothing when I received 1/3rd of what I paid for. What a joke! Then I told her she could request a return label from Ebay and I would give her a full refund when I received the product. All this customer wanted to do is argue, she was unpleasant and rude. Since I received 1/3rd of what I ordered, I expect to be refunded 2/3rd of what I paid. The seller said she couldn't do it. It's not about the amount, but the principle. I don't even need this tiny item, I want what I paid for.
