I know a half dozen washes and a week flipping it in the sun will eventually knock out the chem odor. There is a staggering amount of chemical perfume (two washings and now laying on the lawn in the sun, and I am concerned the next clothes in the wash will be have the odor as well, because the washer and room still smells. Whatever it is, its not natural, and I don't want it on our skin.
