It doesn't have the pleasant aroma of just Bee Venom that I've used before, but this product, being an "All in One", it seems some kind of ointment has been added & the smell is all but offensive. I will not buy this again, as it is not at ALL what I expected. Sorry, I'm just being honest. Oh, I've used it some, but that smell gets me noticed. Some say, "ewwww, what's that awful smell". I just say it's medicine.
