My sense is that this seller is using valid shipping labels to send items to different addresses and then cancelling the item with the eBay buyers. I think this needs to be investigated by EBay and the authorities.

The shipper lost the item and it was the last one in inventory so they can't send another one. It's a scam, do NOT trust this buyer.
